"I am writing to express my enthusiastic endorsement and recommendation for Ms. Wright without reservations. We engaged Sherie and her company to care for my mother during the Spring of 2009. Sherie demonstrated her caring and compassion even before we hired her - my mother's caregiver abruptly walked out on her in the middle of the day, leaving my infirm and oxygen dependent mother in the lurch with no plans for the 24/7 care she required. While this degree of support and caring is itself remarkable, we also found Sherie to be a truly loving and responsible caregiver for my mother. We were afraid that my mother would resent any one new, as her previous caregivers had been with her for years. But Sherie's gentle way and genuine fondness for her clients was appreciated by my mother, and in a very short period of time, my mother had nothing but praise for Sherie and the other caregivers in her agency.

Sherie handled all business aspects of her agency with professionalism. All transactions were above board. Promises were invariably kept, records and receipts of activities were thorough, and Sherie and her crew completed every task with enthusiasm and grace. Most telling was that in the very difficult final months of my mother's life, we knew that Sherie and her agency could be trusted completely. The upshot of this was that rather than move my mother to a nursing facility, a recommendation made very strongly to us by my mother's hospice care workers, we felt comfortable in leaving my mother in her home. There are no words to describe how important this was to my mother. In the end, my mother passed away with dignity in her own home, and this dignity was due, in no small measure, to the excellent work performed by Sherie and her agency.

As a pediatrician, I have a sense of true professionals in the health care professions. Sherie and her group are outstanding examples of individuals who care deeply about their work and perform their task as caregivers with love and responsibility.
