We want to give you quality, safe and cost effective home care services for your day-to-day tasks in order to live a full and independent life, for as long as you can.

Although most elderly people prefer to remain in the privacy and comfort of their own home, there are quite a few seniors that require a Care Giver while in their retirement homes, community centers and other nursing facilities. Whether at home or out, we are committed to maintaining and improving the quality of our clients' lives wherever we are needed.

About the Founder

Since 1983, Sherie Wright has serviced the health care industry. She founded a supplemental, hospital staffing agency in 1983, placing nurses and other health care professionals all over Los Angeles County.

In the early 90's, she founded Pacific Home Health Group and provided independent, professional nursing care for Seniors, disabled persons and others, at home. She later founded First Pacific Hospice and First Pacific Home Care, focusing on private clients, as well as home care for neo-natal and newborn infants.

Sherie re-established her home health business in the non-medical category in 2002 with All About Loving Care, Inc. Since then, she has picked up where she left off, hand-picking qualified, experienced Care Givers, Home Health Aides and nursing assistants, for each client.

"There are a lot of people who are old, but not sick. Nurses provide clinical care; Care Givers provide social care. The birth of All About Loving Care, Inc. came from the desire to provide a social need that a nurse cannot provide - a foot massage, a companion to walk the dog or someone to cook," said Sherie.

Although she is not a nurse, her sense of what Seniors need are sharp. She listened to the client and learned that most often the desire for companionship outweighed the desire to have their blood pressure taken - although important too. She found that the response she got from her clients, especially after spending time with them with her daughter, proved that Seniors need social care, just as much as clinical care.

"Sometimes the only contact Seniors have is the connection they encounter when their Care Giver is present. Outside of fulfilling the social need, the greatest gift for me is when we have a good match. We make it a point to meet each client so we can determine the appropriate match for them. This is standard policy," said Sherie.

Ms. Wright is known for her undying support, personal commitment and integrity. If asked how All About Loving Care, Inc. differs from the competition, she will chuckle and tell you that each of her clients have her personal cell phone number and can call her at anytime (it even sleeps on her pillow at night). Sherie feels that as an owner it is important to be accessible at all times.

A member of various Chambers of Commerce and other organizations, a recipient of multiple awards for her outstanding commitment to society and people, a Jamaican who lived her adult life in England, Sherie Wright currently resides in the Los Angeles area and has two children.

All About Loving Care, Inc. has a goal to launch offices nationwide and service Seniors everywhere.
